PCov Small Group Bible Study - Every Wednesday
When: Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8 pm
Where: Portland Covenant Church
Join us this coming Wednesday, as we continue our Fall Bible study called Relentless Love, A Study of the Book of Jonah. Together we will read through the book and discuss how Jonah's story is a call to discipleship and mission.
We’ll meet on Wednesdays—November 12 & 19, and December 3 & 10 (note: no meeting on November 26).
When: Every Thursday @ 12 pm
Where: Portland Covenant Church & on Zoom
Pastor Kim will be leading a time of prayer every Thursday at noon, in person and online. Join us at the church building for a time of short prayer or via zoom. We will pray for Portland Covenant - for God's leading during this time of transition, for next steps in ministry, for our neighbors and how we can best serve those around us. Weekly Prayer Meeting
Free Clothing Exchange - Every 3rd Sunday at Kenton Church
When: Every 3rd Sunday from 2 PM to 4 PM
Where: Kenton Church (2115 N Lombard St)
Every 3rd Sunday you can shop for free clothing, shoes, and books, or donate clean, lightly used clothing for a great cause! There are also opportunities to volunteer at the Free Clothing Exchange. Please email Brother Zack or more information email zack@portlancov.org.
Pack Lunches for Friends of Ours
When: Sunday, November 23 @ 9 am
Where: Portland Covenant Church
Help us prepare and pack lunches for our unhoused neighbors with Friends of Ours. A great way to serve together!
Beginning at 9 AM - we’ll set up together, then have a short service of prayer and gratitude, next we’ll pack lunches to be distributed by Friends of Ours outreach, and finally we’ll have pie and fellowship!
Thanksgiving & Pie is an annual tradition at PCOV. Please sign up in the back to bring a pie to share.
We’re also collecting donations for the lunches: box chips, individual snack packs (like cheese or peanut butter crackers), creamy peanut butter, jelly (any kind), and sandwich bread. Email Heather for questions.
Food Assistance at Portland Covenant Church
When: November & December
Where: Bring Food Sundays to Portland Covenant
Portland Covenant, in partnership with Friends of Ours, Brother Terrance Moses’ organization, will be accepting food donations beginning this month.
You can drop off canned goods, rice, beans, pancake mix, butter, bread, ground beef or frozen meat at the church on Sunday mornings.

Volunteer to Give Hope at Christmas

Bro Terrance’s outreach, Neighbors Helping Neighbors, will be gathering gifts for those in need, and we’d love your help. Whether it’s a toy, a warm blanket, or a heartfelt note, every offering makes a difference.
